The apartments are located within recently renovated buildings, where our architects have taken care of every detail and maintained the antique look while providing modern comforts within exclusive and classy realities. They are equipped with every comfort with special attention to details such as parquet flooring and exposed beams. Despite being in a central location and surrounded by other buildings, the large windows let in plenty of light but also guarantee excellent soundproofing thanks to the quality materials that were used during the renovation.

The two buildings are equipped with a convenient lift and access is by personal code. One of the two has a private garage with electric car charging stations and a laundry room that you can access during your stay. In each apartment we include bedroom and bathroom linens, a fragrant courtesy kit and a personalised welcome gift.

Our properties are located in central areas of the city from which one can easily reach, even on foot, various attractions, bars and restaurants. The areas in which they are located are commercial and residential and feature bars and restaurants. Some of our apartments have terraces overlooking the inner courtyard, while others have large windows overlooking the central street and the surrounding neighbourhood.
